Major Executive Changes Announced
EMEA Operations Now Under the Leadership of Simon Robson
Warner Music Group (WMG) has announced a significant restructuring of its Recorded Music operations, creating a new management structure and appointing seasoned executive Simon Robson to oversee the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.
As part of the reorganization, all regional and divisional leaders within WMG's Recorded Music division will now report directly to Max Lousada, CEO of Recorded Music. This streamlining of the management structure is intended to enhance efficiency and foster collaboration across the company's global operations.
In his new role, Simon Robson will lead WMG's Recorded Music businesses in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. With over two decades of experience in the music industry, Robson has held senior positions at major labels including Sony Music and BMG. His proven track record and deep industry knowledge will be instrumental in driving the company's regional growth and success.
