Robert Lewandowski opened the scoring in the 33rd minute, tapping in a cross from Kingsley Coman. Jamal Musiala doubled Bayern's lead just before halftime with a clinical finish. Substitute Leroy Sane added two more after the break, while Felipe Anderson scored a consolation goal for Lazio in the 82nd minute.
Bayern's victory extends their unbeaten run in all competitions to 18 matches. They now sit top of Group E with 15 points, while Lazio are eliminated from the competition.
